Hours:                            Full Time 52 weeks per year or term time only will be considered

The ELT Partnership is looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational Trust Business Manager, who will be motivated by our changing and fast-paced environment and to expand our expertise.  The Trust Business Manager will be responsible for leading effective HR operational delivery across the Trust to ensure consistency, efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and making recommendations on areas for improvement

As the Trust Business Manager, you will work under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in carrying out the vision of the organisation ensuring the effective delivery of school support services which include HR, Governance and GDPR, Marketing and IT. The Trust Business Manager will be an active member of the Trust central service working with the CEO and COO in developing initiatives as part of the Trust Strategy in relation to its people.

The successful candidate will join a friendly team based at our central office at Hazelbury Primary School and will have the opportunity to work with each of our schools providing school support services.  Some travel to our other sites may be required.
