The ELT Partnership is looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational Director of Operations, who will be motivated by our changing       and fast-paced environment and to expand our expertise.  The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading effective HR operational delivery across the Trust to ensure consistency, efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and making recommendations on areas for improvement

The Director of Operations supports the Chief Operations Officer (COO) by supporting the strategic development and operations      of the Trust through the development and implementation of effective operational plans.  This is by ensuring the effective delivery of school operational support services which include compliance, HR, Governance and GDPR, Marketing, Procurement and IT. The Director of Operations will be an active member of the Trust central service in developing initiatives as part of the Trust Operational Strategy.

The successful candidate will join a friendly team based at our central office at Hazelbury Primary School and will have the opportunity to work with each of our schools providing school support services.  Some travel to our other sites may be required.
